The Idaho Weed Control Association invites you to attend the tenth Annual Idaho Weed Conference. This conference is for private landowners and agencies who have responsibilities for vegetation management. Topics include CWMAs, Mapping and Inventory, Aquatics, An IPM Approach to Controlling Noxious Weeds, BioControl and more.

Registration opens this year on Tuesday evening, 7:00-9:00 pm, then again on Wednesday morning at 7:00 am.

CONFERENCE FEES

$140 pre-registration fee   Deadline: Jan. 22, 2010 (newly

                extended deadline)
            We accept VISA,  MasterCard and Discover.

$165 late registration fee (after Jan. 22) or at the door

$25 extra Wednesday banquet tickets available
    (indicate number of tickets you desire on the registration form)

PRE REGISTRATION

Complete the on-line registration (click red scrolling banner above), or print the Registration Form (pdf) below and mail with payment (must be received by January 22, 2010 to qualify for pre-registration fee).

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

You may check in at the conference registration booth located in the foyer as follows:

Wed., February 3 - 7:00 a.m. throughout the day
Thurs., February 4 - 7:00 a.m. throughout the day

PESTICIDE CREDITS

Pesticide credits applications have been filed with Idaho and several surrounding states. Watch this site for updates. As soon as they become available, full information will be posted here to inform you as to the number of credits you can receive.

MOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Both the Best Western Burley Inn (208-678-3501) and the Budget Inn (208-678-2200) offer special conference rates for participants who call and mention the Idaho Weed Conference.

CANCELLATIONS and REFUNDS

If you cancel your registration prior to five (5) business days before the conference, your registration fee will be refunded, less $25 enrollment charge. If you cancel five (5) business days or less before the meeting, we cannot refund your registration fee, but you may substitute someone in your place.  You must notify us (208) 888-0988 immediately if you will have a substitute

VENDOR/EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

To register as a vendor/exhibitor, you may register by printing a registration form to complete, then mail or fax it in with your payment.  Or as another option this year, you may also use our online registration system for your vendor registration with a credit or debit card.
